Requiring the University System of Maryland to develop, in consultation with the State Department of Education and the Maryland Higher Education Commission, certain recommendations for a Southern Maryland Early college Teacher Pathway Program and a teacher preparation pathway in a certain manner; and establishing the Southern Maryland Early College Teacher Pathway Program Workgroup to develop recommendations for the Program and report by June 30, 2029 to certain committees of the General Assembly.
