Requiring the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Natural Resources jointly to convene a workgroup to examine challenges and opportunities in the State related to seafood marketing; and on or before December 1, 2026, requiring the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Natural Resources jointly to report the findings of the workgroup and any recommendations of the workgroup, including recommendations for legislation, to the Governor and certain committees of the General Assembly.
