Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity; powers and duties; employment services organizations and service disabled veteran-owned and military family-owned businesses. Directs the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity to coordinate with the Department of General Services and other state agencies with procurement responsibility to enhance the participation of employment services organizations and service disabled veteran-owned and military family-owned businesses in procurement transactions.
