S1235 by STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE STATE OFFICES - Amends existing law to provide that gubernatorial appointees who are expressly rejected by the Senate shall not be appointed to any position requiring the advice and consent of the Senate for a period of one year following the Senate's express rejection.
