pac.dog mirrors public records (FEC bulk downloads, congress.gov, govinfo.gov roll-call XML). No guarantee is made that the mirror is current, complete, or free of upstream errors. Authoritative sources are listed on the page where their data appears.
You will not use pac.dog to harass, dox, or threaten any individual mentioned in the data. The fact that public information is browsable does not license unlawful use of it.
When pac.dog adds payment surfaces (conduit donations and pac.dog Direct), every contribution is subject to FEC and state contribution limits. The platform enforces those limits at the point of attempt; circumvention is forbidden.
The pac.dog name, the logo, and the codebase are made available under permissive terms; the public-record data they present remains the property of its respective government source.
