Prohibits drug manufacturers from requiring utilization review data from a drug outlet or pharmacy as a condition of the acquisition, delivery or dispensation of a 340B drug. <b>Creates a civil penalty imposed by the State Board of Pharmacy for violations of the provisions of the Act.</b> Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
