Digest: The Act makes changes to the OHP provider enrollment process. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.3). Directs the Oregon Health Authority to expedite the process for enrolling <b>behavioral health</b> providers in the medical assistance program and study the feasibility of developing and implementing an automated, online tool for <b>behavioral health</b> provider enrollment applications. Requires a coordinated care organization to render a decision on a <b>behavioral health</b> provider's request to contract with the coordinated care organization within 30 days <b>after the coordinated care organization receives a complete application</b> and to reimburse a contracted <b>behavioral health</b> provider retroactively to the date that the provider submitted a complete enrollment application to the authority<b> that resulted in the assignment of a provider identification number</b>. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
