Digest: The Act says that license agents under the wildlife laws have to provide paper copies of licenses, tags and permits upon request. The Act says than a fish and wildlife agency cannot make a person use an online system in order to buy or use a license, tag or permit. The Act says that certain license agents can keep the full amount of agent fees. (Flesch Readability Score: 65.1). Directs the State Fish and Wildlife Commission to require license agents to issue paper copies of licenses, tags and permits under the wildlife laws upon request. Prohibits the commission from requiring a person to participate in an electronic licensing system in order to purchase or use a license, tag or permit. Increases the portion of a fee for issuance of a license, tag or permit under the wildlife laws that certain license agents may retain.
