AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles, further
3 providing for operation by persons under age sixteen.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 7725 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 7725. Operation by persons under age sixteen.

10 (c.1) Examination.--An examination for a safety certificate
11 under subsection (c)(3) shall be offered in person at no less
12 than one physical location in each county of this Commonwealth
13 as approved by the department.
