                                       AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations)
 2      of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general
 3      provisions relating to partnerships and limited liability
 4      companies, providing for duties of nonprofit corporations in
 5      public-private partnerships with the Commonwealth.
 6      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 7   hereby enacts as follows:
 8      Section 1.      Title 15 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 9   Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
10   § 8107.    Duties of nonprofit corporations in public-private
11                   partnerships with the Commonwealth.
12      A nonprofit corporation that enters into a public-private
13   partnership with the Commonwealth by executive order shall have
14   the following duties:
15             (1)   Comply with the disclosure requirements under the
16      act of February 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3), known as the Right-
17      to-Know Law.
18             (2)   Submit an annual comprehensive financial report to
19      the Office of the Governor and the General Assembly in
 1    accordance with the generally accepted accounting
 2    principles adopted by the Governmental Accounting Standards
 3    Board on the effective date of this paragraph.
 4        (3)   Disclose on its publicly accessible Internet website
 5    each purchase made to or on behalf of the Governor and any
 6    other elected or appointed State official within 10 business
 7    days of each purchase.
 8        (4)   Comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (Public Law 107-
 9    204, 116 Stat. 745).
10    Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
