                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 8 (Boroughs and Incorporated Towns) of the
 2      Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in associations and
 3      organizations, further providing for county and regional
 4      associations of boroughs.
 5      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 6   hereby enacts as follows:
 7      Section 1.    Section 702(b) of Title 8 of the Pennsylvania
 8   Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
 9   § 702.   County and regional associations of boroughs.
10      * * *
11      (b)   Appropriation.--A borough may annually appropriate [no
12   more than $100] funds for the support of the county or regional
13   association of boroughs.
14      * * *
15      Section 2.    This act shall take effect immediately.
