AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in hunting and furtaking, further providing for
3 prohibited devices and methods.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2322(a)(1) of Title 34 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 2322. Prohibited devices and methods.
9 (a) General rule.--Except as otherwise provided in this
10 title or commission regulation, no person shall hunt, kill or
11 take or attempt, aid, abet, assist or conspire to hunt, kill or
12 take any big game, except wild turkey, with any of the following
13 devices or methods:
14 (1) Any device other than a centerfire or muzzle-loading
15 firearm, air rifle or bow and arrow.

17 Section 2. All regulations are abrogated to the extent of
18 any inconsistency with this act.
