                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), entitled "An
 2      act to consolidate, editorially revise, and codify the public
 3      welfare laws of the Commonwealth," in public assistance,
 4      providing for abrogation of regulatory requirements for
 5      payment for clinic services within physical confines of
 6      clinic facilities.
 7      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 8   hereby enacts as follows:
 9      Section 1.    The act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known
10   as the Human Services Code, is amended by adding a section to
11   read:
12      Section 443.16.    Abrogation of Regulatory Requirements for
13   Payment for Clinic Services within Physical Confines of Clinic
14   Facilities.--The following provisions of 55 Pa. Code (relating
15   to human services) are abrogated to the extent they limit
16   medical assistance payments only for clinic services provided
17   within the physical confines of a clinic facility:
18      (1)   Section 1153.14(6) (relating to noncovered services).
19      (2)   Section 1223.14(11) (relating to noncovered services).
1     Section 2.    This act shall take effect immediately.
