                                          AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 2      Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for
 3      vehicles exempt from registration.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.          Section 1302(17) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
 7   Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
 8   § 1302.    Vehicles exempt from registration.
 9      The following types of vehicles are exempt from registration:

11             (17)    Any multipurpose agricultural vehicle. Vehicles
12      exempt from registration under this paragraph shall be used
13      exclusively upon a farm or farms owned or operated by the
14      owner of the vehicles or upon highways between:
15                    (i)    Parts of one such farm.
16                    (ii)    Such farms located not more than [five] ten
17             miles apart.

2     Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
