                                      AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
 2      Consolidated Statutes, in turnpike, further providing for
 3      electronic toll collection.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.      Section 8117(d.1)(4) of Title 74 of the
 7   Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
 8   § 8117.    Electronic toll collection.
 9      * * *
10      (d.1)    Notice for posting video toll or flat video toll to
11   customer account.--
12             * * *
13             (4)   The commission shall provide for an appeal
14      process[.] that shall provide customers with not less than
15      six months from the posting date of the video toll or flat
16      video toll on the customer's account to file an appeal.
17      * * *
18      Section 2.      This act shall take effect in 60 days.
