                                         AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
 2      Consolidated Statutes, in burglary and other criminal
 3      intrusion, further providing for the offense of unlawful use
 4      of unmanned aircraft.
 5      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 6   hereby enacts as follows:
 7      Section 1.         Section 3505(b)(1) of Title 18 of the
 8   Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and subsection (a)
 9   is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
10   § 3505.    Unlawful use of unmanned aircraft.
11      (a)    Offense defined.--A person commits the offense of
12   unlawful use of unmanned aircraft if the person uses an unmanned
13   aircraft intentionally or knowingly to:
14             * * *
15             (4)   Cause the unmanned aircraft to enter or remain over
16      the property of another person:
17                   (i)    to coerce, intimidate, harass or cause annoyance
18             to any person;
 1                  (ii)    to cause damage to any property; or
 2                  (iii)    in defiance of an order to leave or not enter
 3            the property given by actual communication to the
 4            offender by the owner of the property, another authorized
 5            person or a law enforcement officer.
 6      (b)   Grading.--The offense of unlawful use of unmanned
 7   aircraft shall be graded as follows:
 8            (1)   An offense under subsection (a)(1) [or (2)], (2) or
 9      (4) is a summary offense punishable by a fine of up to $300.

11      Section 2.     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
