                                     AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 2      Statutes, in interactive gaming, further providing for
 3      interactive gaming tax.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.     Section 13B52(d)(3) of Title 4 of the
 7   Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and the subsection
 8   is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
 9   § 13B52.    Interactive gaming tax.

11      (d)     Deposit of funds.--From the tax imposed under
12   subsections (a) and (c), the following shall apply:
13            * * *
14            (3)   [Twenty-five] Twenty-two percent shall be deposited
15      into a restricted receipts account to be established in the
16      Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used exclusively for
17      grants for projects in the public interest in the
1     Commonwealth.
2         (4)   Three percent shall be deposited into the Race Horse
3     Development Trust Fund established under section 1405
4     (relating to Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Trust Fund)
5     for the exclusive use of an active and operating Category 1
6     licensee conducting live racing under section 1406(a)(1)
7     (relating to distributions from Pennsylvania Race Horse
8     Development Trust Fund).
9     Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
