                                     AN ACT
 1   Amending the act of June 23, 1999 (P.L.159, No.22), entitled "An
 2      act providing for scholarships for persons entering into the
 3      field of science and technology," further providing for
 4      annual report.
 5      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 6   hereby enacts as follows:
 7      Section 1.     Section 9(a) introductory paragraph of the act of
 8   June 23, 1999 (P.L.159, No.22), known as the New Economy
 9   Technology Scholarship Act, is amended to read:
10   Section 9.   Annual report.
11      (a)   Development of report.--The agency shall publish a
12   report [by September 1, 2000, and every year thereafter.] no
13   later than September 1 following the end of the fiscal year in
14   which funds were allocated for the purpose of the program. The
15   report shall include information regarding the operation of the
16   program, to include:

18      Section 2.     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
