AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in facilities and
3 supplies, further providing for deposits into account.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3733(a) heading of Title 42 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and the subsection
8 is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
9 § 3733. Deposits into account.
10 (a) [General rule] Deposits.--

12 (3) Beginning on the effective date of this paragraph,
13 fines, fees or costs which are allocated by law or otherwise
14 directed to the Department of Agriculture under the act of
15 December 7, 1982 (P.L.784, No.225), known as the Dog Law,
16 shall not be affected by this subchapter.
