                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
 2      Consolidated Statutes, in ethics standards and financial
 3      disclosure, further providing for restricted activities.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.    Section 1103(g) of Title 65 of the Pennsylvania
 7   Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
 8   § 1103.    Restricted activities.
 9      * * *
10      (g)    Former official or employee.--No former public official
11   or public employee shall represent a person, with promised or
12   actual compensation, on any matter before the governmental body
13   with which he has been associated for [one year] five years
14   after he leaves that body.
15      * * *
16      Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
