                                      AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 2      Statutes, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further
 3      providing for residents.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.     Section 2702 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
 7   Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
 8   § 2702.    Residents.
 9      * * *
10      (a.1)    Nonresidents.--Any person shall for the purposes of
11   this chapter be considered a resident of this Commonwealth if
12   the person:
13             (1)   is not a resident of this Commonwealth;
14             (2)   has paid property taxes in this Commonwealth within
15      the current or prior licensing season; and
16             (3)   establishes identity and proof of payment of the
17      property taxes to the satisfaction of the commission.

1     Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
