                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 63 (Professions and Occupations (State Licensed))
 2      of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in powers and
 3      duties, providing for application form for licenses,
 4      certificates, registrations and permits.
 5      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 6   hereby enacts as follows:
 7      Section 1.    Title 63 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 8   Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
 9   § 3109.1.    Application form for licenses, certificates,
10                registrations and permits.
11      No later than 120 days after the effective date of this
12   section, the commissioner or a designee of the commissioner, in
13   conjunction with each licensing board and commission, shall
14   ensure that a paper application is available for an individual
15   who meets all of the following criteria:
16          (1)    The individual is applying for an initial license,
17      certificate, registration or permit or a renewal of a
18      license, certificate, registration or permit from a licensing
1     board or commission.
2         (2)   The individual objects to submitting an electronic
3     application to a licensing board or commission based on the
4     individual's religious or personal conviction.
5     Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
