     REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON GAME AND FISHERIES, MARCH 17, 2025


                                     AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 2      Statutes, in Pennsylvania Game Commission, further providing
 3      for Game Commission officers and employees.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.    Section 303(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
 7   Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
 8   § 303.   Game Commission officers and employees.
 9      * * *
10      (b)   Status.--[Except]
11            (1)   Except as provided in paragraph (2) and except for
12      the director, all personnel shall be employed in accordance
13      with the classification and compensation plans of the
14      Commonwealth and regulations of the commission.
15            (2)   Each full-time officer whose duty it is to enforce
16      this title shall be classified in the same manner as members
17      of the Pennsylvania State Police for purposes of
1      compensation.

3      Section 2.   This act shall apply to compensation earned on or
4   after the effective date of this section.
5      Section 3.   This act shall take effect in 60 days.
