                                     AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
 2      Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in sentencing, further
 3      providing for sexual offenses and tier system.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.     Section 9799.14(c) of Title 42 of the
 7   Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a
 8   paragraph to read:
 9   § 9799.14.   Sexual offenses and tier system.

11      (c)   Tier II sexual offenses.--The following offenses, or an
12   attempt, conspiracy or solicitation to commit any of the
13   following offenses, shall be classified as Tier II sexual
14   offenses:

16            (1.5)   18 Pa.C.S. § 3124.3 (relating to sexual assault by
17      sports official, volunteer or employee of nonprofit
18      association).

2     Section 2.    This act shall take effect immediately.
