                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending the act of July 2, 1935 (P.L.589, No.210), entitled "An
 2      act to safeguard human health and life by providing for the
 3      issuance of permits to, and regulation of persons and
 4      entities selling milk and milk products; conferring powers,
 5      and imposing duties on the Secretary of Agriculture; and
 6      otherwise providing for the administration of the act; and
 7      imposing penalties," prohibiting the sale of human milk over
 8      the Internet.
 9      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10   hereby enacts as follows:
11      Section 1.    The act of July 2, 1935 (P.L.589, No.210),
12   referred to as the Milk Sanitation Law, is amended by adding a
13   section to read:
14      Section 18.1.    A person may not sell or offer to sell human
15   milk over the Internet to another person directly or through a
16   classified advertisement.
17      Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 90 days.
