AN ACT
1 Amending Title 25 (Elections) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in voter registration, further providing for
3 application with driver's license application.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1323(d) of Title 25 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1323. Application with driver's license application.

10 (d) Prohibition and subsequent notice.--
11 (1) An individual who is not a qualified elector is
12 ineligible to register to vote under this section.
13 (2) The department shall keep a record of individuals
14 ineligible to register under paragraph (1) due to failure to
15 meet the age requirement under section 1301(a) (relating to
16 qualifications to register). The department shall provide
17 notice of the eligibility to vote and voter registration
18 materials to those individuals at the time an individual
1 reaches 18 years of age.

3 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
