AN ACT
1 Designating the Pennsylvania Judicial Center as the Chief
2 Justice Robert N. C. Nix, Jr. Judicial Center; and imposing
3 duties on the Department of General Services.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Designation.
7 The Pennsylvania Judicial Center in the City of Harrisburg is
8 designated as, and shall be referred to as, the Chief Justice
9 Robert N. C. Nix, Jr. Judicial Center.
10 Section 2. Duties of Department of General Services.
11 The Department of General Services shall arrange for the
12 fabrication of appropriate plaques or markers with the name
13 designated under section 1 and shall affix the plaques or
14 markers to the building.
15 Section 3. Effective date.
16 This act shall take effect in 60 days.Connected on the graph
