John Cornyn Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton wins GOP runoff for US Senate, ousting longtime Sen. John Cornyn I made one vote and that that was for Cornyn. And why is that? Uh, primarily because he's not supported by Trump. I think he's ruined my Republican Party. I think he's divided America. We were going to vote for Ken Paxton even if Trump hadn't have endorsed anyone, so we just think he's more honest and um wanting to protect the people. It's *** shame that the president didn't. Give C in the endorsement, but uh. He had his reasons, I guess, but uh. Yeah, I'm, I'm backing John Corden at this point, and, uh, that was my vote. I'm going to stay with Cornyn and vote for him. I think stability is the name of the game right now. The country's in upheaval, and so I'll put my money on him. And why did you decide to vote for Paxton over Senator Cornyn? Well, uh, just more conservative views, from what I've read, more, uh, more of the values that we look for in, in our family and and our faith and just, you know, in talking to some friends and family members and. Just getting some uh uh some of the information, you know, it's hard to tell what's what's really real out there, but, uh, yeah, just voting with our conscience on that.
