Senate rules bar state senators from being employed by PACs.The ethics committee ruled Friday there was not enough evidence.The news comes as Wahls is in the middle of a heated primary race with state Rep. Josh Turek. Both are seeking Joni Ernst's seat in the U.S. Senate.In a statement after the complaint was dismissed, Wahls said it was filed by one of Turek's supporters.
