ATC Modernization Aviation workforce issues. Educate Congress on industry's need to increase the number of pilots and technicians. Promote infrastructure for heliports and vertiports. H.R. 6086, the Aviation Funding Solvency Act, provides continuing appropriations to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) if an appropriations bill for the FAA has not been enacted before a fiscal year begins, or a law making continuing appropriations for the FAA is not in effect. S.2503 - ROTOR Act - requires all aircraft to be equipped with Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast In. H.R.7613 - Airspace Location and Enhanced Risk Transparency Act of 2026 (ALERT Act). This bill addresses aviation safety by increasing requirements for aircraft tracking and communication using Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) technology and expanding oversight. H.R. 5634, the Veterans Flight Training Responsibility Act of 2025. The bill would limit veterans ability to pursue flight training under the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
