Federal Government Relations services to advocate for authorizations and appropriations for future ship programs that shall require a Vessel Construction Manager (VCM); advocacy for the utilization of a mature, proven VCM; and continued promotion and advocacy for the National Security Multi-Mission Vessel VCM acquisition strategy to critical leadership in Congress, the Navy, the Maritime Association, and for utilization in other government shipbuilding programs
