Urging for release and implementation of the Fair Housing Act's statutory mandate to affirmatively further fair housing (AFFH); Reform of the secondary housing finance system and government sponsored enterprises (GSEs); Support for HUD affirmatively furthering fair housing (AFFH) to take meaningful actions, in addition to combating discrimination, that overcome patterns of segregation;Advocate for full funding of affordable housing programs at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); Supporting passage of important provisions within S. 2651, the ROAD to Housing Act; Supporting passage of S. 2651, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act; Supporting improvements to ADU bills from Rep. Liccardo - namely Title II and ROAD Sec. 303 Title in the Housing for the 21st Century Act
