Support HR 1777/S 1561 SECURE Notarization Act - authorizes notaries to perform, and to establish minimum standards for electronic notarizations and remote notarizations. Support increased CDFI and MDI funding in FY 2026 & 2027 Appropriations. Support preservation of the CDFI Fund. Oppose the S. 3623/H.R. 7035, the Credit Card Competition Act, a bill that would reduce interchange fees on credit cards.
