The National Association for Gun Rights advocates on behalf of gun owners for pro-Second Amendment related public policy issues including but not limited to the following subject areas and their respective executive departments/agencies and legislative committees: Firearms, ammunition, accessories, right to possess purchase own and carry, background checks, mental health, NICS, registration requirements/databases, federal gun free zones, NFA of 1934, GCA of 1968, gun related Executive Orders, actions, nominations or treaties, 1st and 4th amendment protections for gun owners, and related appropriations.
